Wondering if these have flowered yet, and if I should cut back.

    Can’t see what they are but they look finished flowering to me

    Just take the spent flowering stems off, and lave it to side back.  :)
    Looks like an Agastache or similar.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

  • Looks a bit like yellow loosestrife, albeit very far past flowering.

    Yes that's the one, couldn't remember the binomial (slapping my own wrist). 
    Me too @Fairygirl. It actually looks a bit nicer with the flowers gone over 😂

    It's only redeeming feature IMO, is that it's rabbit resistant.
    I've tried to block it from my memory for years   :D
