ID please, goat willow or something else?

Hi, I’m going round pulling and cutting goat willows. This one looks different, and leaves are softly hairy.

    Really? Well I’m glad I didn’t yank it out then.

    Possibly viburnum lantana? 
    The wayfaring tree?
    I've not had seedlings here, just suckers, but they looked like that.
