This new E10 petrol and garden equipment

I appreciate you're supposed to empty fuel tanks of garden machines if not used for a month even before this E10 petrol farce but it's not so easy with a lawnmower or generator for instance. Chainsaw, hedgecutter, brushcutter are not a problem. What's the general view on here? Does anyone use additives which I'm told can help with 2 and 4 stroke engines.

There’s been quite a lot discussed on this thread, (below)  maybe you would like to have a read and if there are any more questions, I’m sure someone will answer them for you.
