Identify plant growing up the front of a house

Hi - Is anyone able to identify this plant growing up the front of a house? Thanks

  • Looks like a pyracantha just about to flower in the spring.
  • Pyracantha have nasty thorns ..i cannot see any in the pics.
    heath64  please can you check.
    It is odd that it has no berries.
    It is super and healthy.

    I thought it looked like Pyracantha to me as well. 

    If you look at the "gap" top right of the second picture I think you can just about see some thorns? Hard to tell.

    Pyracantha, fresh young leaves and spring flower buds.

    I did try and look very carefully.
    Sorry  still cannot see any thorns.

    The trunk on the left of the 2nd pic looks like Pyracantha. 
    I  assumed the pic was from spring too.   :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    ..the picture was taken in May '21.. just as the Pyracantha was about to flower it seems..  I can see a couple of thorns there..

    That's where my uncle lived until a few years ago  :)
    Not that house, I hasten to add  ;)

    I've zoomed in to see the thorns... can you see these now @Silver surfer  ?  these are the only thorns I could see through the dense foliage..
    ...lovely house, long since sold by the looks  of it... perhaps the member is the new owner?   lucky you !..
