Alpine strawberry

I've grown some alpine straberries this year in containers. They have been really good and fruited constantly. Can i just leave them in the same pots or will they need repotting, fresh soil etc? There is a few plants in each pot and also wondered if they'd be better in a pot each of their own. When is the best time to do this?

They're fairly happy in relatively poor soil but it might be worth repotting them in spring if they're congested. They won't need any extra goodness until then as they'll be slowing down for winter. If you have somewhere semi-sheltered that will stop them getting constantly drenched over winter that would probably be good.
