Pear Tree issue

Wondering if anyone would know what is on the leaves of both pear and apple trees in garden. Is it a disease which can be sprayed or dig them up? Help.

    That’s Pear Rust … specific to pears and Junipers. Remove the affected leaves and bag and bin or burn.   I try to remove the leaves as soon as the orange spots appear before the spores develop. 
    Also removing dead leaves and weeds from beneath the tree in the autumn is good practice. 

    Thankfully it doesn’t seem to affect the yield much if at all.
