Hard to be sure from so close but it looks like a Cineraria that used to be common as a bedding plant (although I had them survive the winter sometimes). Not sure what it's full name is - Cineraria maritima is coming into my head but could be totally wrong. If that's what it is, it has weedy yellow daisy-like flowers that I always used to cut off.
