Buddleja

I’m looking for a bright blue buddleja - I’ve seen several but can anyone recommend one?

I'm not sure any of them would be described as bright blue, unless it's a very new variety I'm unaware of.
Have you seen them in the flesh, or just photos? Purples [which many buddleias are]  are very difficult to photograph accurately, and some are altered so they can be completely different.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • There’s some ‘blue-ish’ buddleja here https://www.gardenersworld.com/plants/10-buddlejas-to-grow/

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

  • Many thanks. I’ve actually seen some but they’re mauve/blue - very beautiful tbh

    There's a pale one called Lochinch.  :)

I only grow dark ones. Black Knight at the moment. I can't remember the other ones I've grown.

  • The Black Knight is stunning!
  • Thankyou everyone for your advice - much appreciated. I love buddlejas & have already a white one & want an orange & a bluish one too
