Is this rose a climber?

Hi I recently bought a sad looking iceberg rose, and have brought it back to life, it has just rained hence why the blossoms are looking down.
But researching them, it looks like you can get climbers or just normal bush roses. Do you know which one I have as that'll decide where I plant it?
Thank you.

I don't think you can really tell at that stage. The climbing one puts out longer canes once it gets established. If it's the climbing one, it would normally be labelled as "Climbing Iceberg" (at least, mine was when I bought it many years ago) so if yours was just labelled "Iceberg" I would guess that it's the bush form.
