Weed or plant- ID please

Hi, I have found the following sprouting in my border. Is it a weed or a plant seed blown in from somewhere. Is anyone able to ID for me? Thank you

I see dead laurel leaves. Could it be a baby laurel or a laurel sucker?
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Trimmed image seems to show trifoliate leaves....see1st pic.
This rules out Lysimachia nummularia...common name creeping Jenny...which has simple leaves opposite to each other....see 2nd pic

That was my first thought, too.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
  • Thank you. If its a choisya I will dig out and plant somewhere else

Choisya would be my guess too.
    Possibly 'Sundance'?

I also think it's a tiny shoot of Choisia "Sundance".
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
