Identification

Is someone able to identify this plant for me please? It has suddenly 'appeared' in my garden over the last couple of weeks while we have been away. It is a couple of feet tall and very healthy.

We have a handsome one in our veg plot at the moment. We’ll pull it up before it seeds.

I think that's a Nicandra Physalodes, Shoo Fly plant. The flower buds are quite distinctive.
