The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden - just had a delivery from this company and I am very impressed with the plants (baby perennials @£1.99 each), and the careful way they were packed for transit.  The delivery took longer than expected but on ordering I was advised of delays.  I will try them again and hope for the same service.

  • Glad to hear things have gone well. I put in my own first order yesterday, so look forward to it with more confidence now.

There is an established thread entitled The Secret Garden Club where members have discussed their purchases and given discount codes to share. If you get a code to share you can always put it on there. It's amazing how many posters use them. Having started a new thread shouldn't cause any problems.  :)

@Christine14 How much was delivery and what's the minimum order for free delivery? Couldn't find that out last time I looked at their site so didn't want to give them my money. Apparently have to provide them with a postcode at checkout for them to "calculate it".
  • There's no free delivery any more. For most UK locations it's £4.99 P&P don't be that circumspect, you can use a nearby postcode to get a price anyway.

@amancalledgeorge. I have had many orders for SGC in the past until recently when I input my postcode and a notice comes up to say they do not deliver to my location. Do you think that if I input a UK Postcode I could get away with it? They always used to successfully deliver via Royal Mail. Could be worth a try.
  • Oh maybe they stopped sending there... wasn't paying attention that you're not on the mainland.  Pop another nearby postcode to cross check.
