Top young rosemary leaf tips yellowing?

Ive noticed that the top leaves of my young rosemary plants have been going yellow(1st pic) then going brown(2nd pic). Does anyone know what may cause this?

I should add that the soil isnt always as soaked as it looks in these pictures(see my last post 😅)

They just need to be outside and left to grow on, and potted on once they're filling those pots. As long as they're in a gritty medium, it's less of a problem if they're watered too heavily.
