Could anyone identify this plant please?

I'm trying to establish if it is toxic and whether I should remove it!

The closest online image I can find is Common Wormwood but not 100% sure.

Height is around 4.5 feet and I can supply more images if needed.

Artemisia vulgaris from the looks of it. It is a weed to most but was used historically to "cure" a number of ailments, so isn't toxic.
