They would have made tubers now, you can either let the pots dry out and put them in a frost free shed or cellar, I take the tubers out of the pots and wait until they are completely dry, check for slugs and vine weevils then wrap separately in newspaper and store in a box at the bottom of a spare wardrobe. The ones that are in the garden, stay there and take their chances. You just have to watch for slugs nipping the tops off when they shoot next year.
