 I have just discovered this mess on our little hedge:

And this little fellow (was he the reason for what’s happened?)

Is there a chance to save the plant or is it lost? 😟

Oh dear..so sad to see.
it is caused by  the caterpillars of a moth..maybe Ermine moth that loves Euonymus europaeus bushes.

Here it has been a really bad year for them.
I do not know if the plants survive the attack.
I will need to check next year.
