it looks a bit like Japanese Knotweed.

It looks to me very much like a seedling of Russian Vine … Fallopian Baldschuanica … also known deservedly as Mile a Minute Vine. 

Personally I would dig that out and make sure you get all of the root. I have seen it swamp a farmhouse let alone the garden. It is always a rampant grower.

It is buckwheat and is probably from bird seed. It's included in many annual wildflower mixes and isn't something to worry about.

So it is  Fagopyrum esculentum.....common name buckwheat.
I could see 5 petals but hadn't seen this before. ... I wasn't happy with Russian vine.
