It looks to me very much like a seedling of Russian Vine … Fallopian Baldschuanica … also known deservedly as Mile a Minute Vine.
Personally I would dig that out and make sure you get all of the root. I have seen it swamp a farmhouse let alone the garden. It is always a rampant grower.

It is buckwheat and is probably from bird seed. It's included in many annual wildflower mixes and isn't something to worry about.
