Problem with ceonothus Victoria bush

Have had this plant now for four years. This year we had an amazing show of flowers and now the plant looks as though it is dying. The leaves are all going yellow and bits already look dead. I have taken photos if this helps anyone diagnose the problem and give any advice how to save it.

I'm afraid they can be short lived. It may be that simple  :)
I can't see how it's growing though, or what else is around it. It may just be a bit dry.
Although they like a drier soil, like many plants, a long time without adequate water can be difficult for them.
It's also normal for evergreens to drop foliage, but it can be stress related if a lot drop, or it can be as simple as  a damaged stem.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
