Should I cut back Geranium Max Frei

I’m a complete beginner when it comes to plants. My question is, should I cut back this plant( I read it would produce more flowers)? Or wait until autumn?

As with most plants if you cutoff the dead heads they should come again . Don’t  cut all the leaves off just the dead flower heads .

Just snip out the spent flower stalks. I don't think it looks like it would benefit from cutting back entirely. You can cut back mature plants to promote tidy new growth, perhaps even flowers, but this one is still a tiddler.
