Product to keep water feature clear

There is a tiled part the garden where water gathers. It is around 2 meters long, 50cm wide and 50cm deep. 

It was originally part of a water feature. 

Could anyone recommend a product that I can add to the water to keep it looking clear, as it is in the patio. 

There are so many products out there, it would be good to have a recommendation.

I want a product that will not be harmful to wildlife or plants.

I use Barley Straw extract. It can be bought on line or at the garden centre in liquid form. Just follow the instructions on the bottle …..it’s all natural. Works for my little pond .
