Does anyone know what this is? It was about 2-3ft tall. I thought Malva but the flowers are too jagged around the edges I think. Many thanks.

Certainly something in the mallow family. I'll hazard a guess at Sidalcea, maybe the variety "Elsie Heugh",

I agree … it’s Sidalcea … probably Elsie Heugh

Think I've cracked it myself, Sidalcea (possibly 'Elsie Heugh').
