Possibly one of the Hydrangeas - a paniculata type, but need to see the foliage.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Looks like Hydrangea Paniculata to me too, possibly "Limelight".
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
