Could it be a Sanguinaria or Bloodroot? S. canadensis is the one most usually found for sale.
This is not bloodroot. S. canadensis looks like this. I live west of Chicago and I have this plant in my garden. I love it. It is one of the first plants to show itself in the spring (along with the Virginia Bluebell) and it does so with a small white bud on a stem. The bud opens and the flower stands there on its own. Soon, the leaves - these very peculiar leaves - start to appear. It is early April here - we are still getting some snow - and I cannot wait for this plant to appear.

The little Clover type plant to the left is an Oxalis.
The one on the left could be a heuchera but not sure.
Gardening is so exciting I wet my plants.
