Orchid??

This plant is growing quite profusely around one of my ponds.Is it a wild orchid and if so do I need to do anything specific ie pull some of them before they self seed.

    I can tell you it’s not an orchid. It maybe purple loosestrife, but I’m not convinced. I’m sure someone else will be able identify it for you.

    Not an orchid. Purple loosestrife flowers are different.Looks like a saliva?

    Marsh woundwort, Stachys palustris?
