Planting Rose Cuttings

When is it ok to plant rose cutting, i took a few and they have got growth on and some have even had a bloom or two on.

    It's still quite a baby, I think I would keep it in its pot, safe from harm, for the moment and plant it out next spring. But it will need a bit of rose food and to be kept watered.
