Upright lavender x intermedia
Having searched the forum, I see that a fair few of you grow various cultivars of lavender x intermedia, including Grosso, Gros Bleu and Edelweiss. I am looking at those plus Sussex.
I am after one to fill out a small square border of 90x90cm but this border edges steps so I would prefer one with a more upright habit, akin to the angustifolias. Would anyone be able to recommend one to me please? I am minded, if I can find one with long but erect stems, to underplant with a small bit of lemon-scented creeping thyme to run onto the steps.
The aspect is south-facing.
