What shall I do with my foxgloves?

I bought these in early Spring. Ordered on line and came in the post and were tiny. I grew them in a cold frame and when bigger potted them out and they have lived outside since the night became warmer.

Should I plant them now and they will flower next year?  or do I keep them in their pots ( and if so,  should I feed them as I suspect the compost will be depleted) and put them back in the frame until Spring and then plant out.

Thank you!

They're hardy, I'd get them into the ground

I would definitely get them in the ground as soon as possible, they’ll get established then ready for winter and flower for you next year.   If they should throw up a flower spike this year, I would cut it off to allow the root system to get established.
