Close up of flowers

  • One that isn't a flower but a fungus that "poped" up in the garden as they do.
The fruiting cup was a lovely blue but the gills are brilliant.
As always the photos you add are so wonderful and they keep coming and we are into late October.

I've just sat and read all of this thread and I must say there are some amazing photographs. As B3 says, it sheds a new light on flowers.
Fire there are 2 of yours that look like Impressionist paintings, the dahlia Karma Choc and the explosion in a paint factory one. They would look lovely framed or turned into cards.

I'm away from home at the moment but I hope to post some of mine soon.

I've been learning a bit about the microbiome and this thread ties in nicely with that. So much goes on in nature unnoticed by or invisible to the naked eye.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
