How often do you look closely at flowers?How remarkable they are.

The first photo shows Cordyyline australis and Phormium tenax growing at the end of our polytunnel.

The next 2 show the flower branches.

Then you have the close ups. Beautiful.

Thanks for the Cordyline flower photos - mine are much too high up to see in any detail, and by the time they fall down they're all dried up. Beautiful.

I look close-up all the time - have to be reminded to look at the whole picture!
This week I've really enjoyed Echinops, Alchemilla mollis, Pelargonium tomentosum, Sempervivum and Crocosmia buds.
