Hello,  I think this is Nepeta but not sure .
Can anyone help identify please?

    I think it's hedge woundwort, a wildflower.

    I think so too. Do its leaves have a strong smell? But I suppose that doesn't help much because Nepeta also has smelly leaves!

    Don't know. We have something very similar that tries to blend in with it that I thought was wild.

    For me, nothing smells as bad as Woundwort,  as soon as I start mooching in my borders I know there’s one there. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
