My Indian friend of many years gave me some seeds and they have now grown to 6 " and he told me to cut them down.

How do i use the leaves / stems in cooking.
How do I store to use next year.

He is my friend and a nice chap but with his accent and a thick mask I can not fully understand what he says.

help please friends.

I buy dried  methi leaves, so I suppose you dry them but I would freeze some too, to see if they're better.

If you wrap the leaves in kitchen foil, they can be stored for up to a week in the bottomshelf of the fridge.
