Identify ?

I planted a few of these about a year ago but the name tags have dissapeared. It could be   Calamagrostis × acutiflora Karl Foerster but I am not sure. Any ideas ?

It sure looks like the Calamagrostis × acutiflora Karl Foerster I have in my garden :)

  • Just a bit confused as all the adds for the C x A Karl  Foerster say bronze/brown  whereas I see a sort of mauve. If you see the same then I will go for the C x A Karl Foerster ! Thanks

They start out like that when they're young and slowly fade to a bronze/brown over the next few weeks then they stay that way until you cat them back to the ground the following spring
    Here's mine today-

  • That explains it.  Thought I was going colour blind.  Thanks
