Elephant garlic - when to harvest ?

I planted 2 alongside Monty in GW - now I don’t know when to harvest ? They look like this

You would normally plant garlic bulbs in September/October and harvest the following summer ( June/July/August ).
I don't follow Monty/GW so don't know when you planted. They don't look particularly ready tho but if you are unsure, suggest you have a gentle feel around and see if any bulbs are forming.
