Funny Dahlia Buds

Some of the buds on this Dahlia are hanging upside down, and instead of further developing them and opening them out it’s growing new ones. 

Should I take off the upside down ones or will they eventually turn and flower?

    Most dahlias I've grown bend down like that. Your plant looks perfectly fine to me😊

    Perfectly normal. They’re all like that. When they’re ready to open they’ll straighten up and smile at you 😃

    I love those buds - shyly hanging their heads before lifting them to dazzle you with their glorious flowers.
