I have late fruiting raspberries which I cut down every year, but this year I have no flowers on yet and doesn't look like I will, can someone tell me why

I think a lot of plants are late this year because of the chilly May … I wouldn’t give up hope yet. 😊

I don't think that my autumn raspberries (Autumn Bliss) have any flowers on yet either and are only about 20cm high but they do grow fast once they get going maybe I should feed them fish blood and bone?

Thanks I do feed them mine are about 4ft, can't remember last year when I got flowers
