Dicentra, should I cut it back?

It's finished flowering and the leaves are starting to yellow. To be honest the flowers were rather  poor this year. Any suggestions as last year I cut off flowering shoots and it looked healthier.
There are 4 or 5 plants together

I rarely cut mine back until all the foliage is really poor. I take off the odd stem here and there if it's tatty.
Mine flowered later than normal, because frost hit them, so are still flowering now.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
