Colour changing Rose ID please

Hi all
We have inherited this rose at our new house. Does anyone know what it could be please?
Buds start out yellow with red, then the blooms change from yellow to coral to pink and finally a deep pink.
We have put it over an arch and would like to buy another to match if we can identify it, to complete the arch the other side.
