That's an ash tree sapling ... get that out by the roots ... and learn to recognise it ... where there's one there'll be many ... you must have a female ash tree somewhere within windblown seed distance ...

I have hundreds of these tiny seedlings from my birch tree, they grow everywhere even in between paving slabs. I do try to be vigilant when I spot them but sometimes when the weather is bad, they end up growing huge !!!!
