plant or weed ?

just wondered if someone could identify this ? it’s growing from the back of my neighbours garden through my fence .. clearly if it’s a plant i would leave it to grow

    oh my thanks for your quick reply .. 🙏best to leave it then .. i was about to plant climbing hydrangea on my side of the fence but perhaps best to leave it to grow then ? can i ask what you’d suggest ..

    Looks more like one of the jasmines to me.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    It does look very jasmine like. I think if it was a sucker from a sumach, you might have something  to worry about. 
    Are you on speaking terms with your neighbour?  Even if they don't know what it is, they might allow you to take a photo so that hopefully it can be identified on here.

    I say Jasmine as well.  A good chance to get to know your neighbour over a friendly cuppa and share some gardening chat.  :)

    thanks everyone .🙏.  i will speak to my neighbour and see if i can get a photo of it.. tbh it’s at the back of her garage in an unattended part of her garden .

    Sometimes jasmine can get a bit rampant, so it's as well to keep it within it's allotted space  :)
