Self pollenating cherry tree

Good morning
I've had my cherry tree for about 2/3 years now and as soon as it gets leaves and flowers bearing in mind it's about 5ft tall at the moment, it get covered in black fly and never fruits, is this because its juvenile or am I doing something wrong please help.

Which variety is it?

Does it flower in the Spring?

Ours are about 5 years old and have flowered and fruited (albeit the birds get most of the fruit).

Late frosts mean little or no pollinators so no pollination so no fruit.

Could this be an issue with yours?

Hi Bertrand - mabel I don't know which variety it does flower late only 3 or 4 flowers but no fruit
