I have this plant which has just about stopped flowering. Should it be cut back and will it flower again this year?

How big is it and where is it planted?

Yes, shear it back and you should get a later flowering 😊

Mine flower all summer and I do nothing to them whatsoever except a little water in times of drought.  They are now old, woody plants growing at the edge of a drystone retaining wall in gritty soil, south facing. They usually cascade all down the front of the wall, though they took a hammering this last winter with freezing rain encasing everything in ice and -14C. They have started flowering now though :)

Thank you both. Its growing through some rocks, inherited from previous owner. Must be about 3ft and just stopping flowering. Cut it right back like geranium Johnsons Blue?
