..fabulous all round, what a wonderful garden.. and don't they grow beautiful roses, some old favourites too.. clearly a garden I've missed during my travels..
That Graham Thomas is wonderful. I wonder how many plants are there, sited together.
I'm quite interested in the idea of the need for 'ventilation' with roses. You look at a picture of GT and it's dense with leafage and flowers. - as with other photos. I wonder if they spray, was there any info on that? I worry about going too dense - for blackspot etc as I don't spray. I can really understand the attraction of spraying, esp with roses.
..I keep coming back to have a look.. despite the proliferation of such great roses, I think my favourite shots there are of the house itself, I always like to see the property, and the narrow pebbly path through a grassy border.. I just love that look, meandering off..
