Can anyone identify this plant?

Growing as weed on some rough ground

    I'm thinking cow parsnip or similar. Flowers would help. It's not giant hogweed, no red spots on the stems.

    Umbelifers are hard to identify without the physical specimen, It's not hogweed greater or otherwise, both incorrect leaf-shape and lack of hairs, It's certainly not cow parsley, or hemlock nor is it wild parsnip.
    There are actually not many with that shape leaf and since that field is very wet and the plant doesn't seem to be purple enough to be wild angelica I would suggest Cowbane Cicuta virosa
