Outside kitchen?

We still have this large space in the backyard that we want to turn into a barbecue place. With that in mind, we want to build a kitchen for the outside. We have thought of butcher's block and granite but we fear that it'll attract mold during winter. In search of a replacement, we saw this company that sells a kind of countertop that's durable. Is quartz - the countertop that that company sells - a good material?
