Outside kitchen?

We still have this large space in the backyard that we want to turn into a barbecue place. With that in mind, we want to build a kitchen for the outside. We have thought of butcher's block and granite but we fear that it'll attract mold during winter. In search of a replacement, we saw this company that sells a kind of countertop that's durable. Is quartz - the countertop that that company sells - a good material?

Sorry, this is a British based forum and your vocabulary and spelling suggest that you live on the other side of the Atlantic ocean.

But if you’d like to pay for an advert, I’m sure the mods would be happy to near from you nonetheless.
Apophthegm -  a big word for a small thought.
If you live in Derbyshire, as I do.

Or you could just use a table and place next to your BBQ ? Much less trouble and just as effective.
