Identification

Im looking for help identifying this shrub/tree. Initially I thought it was Elderflower so I've started making wine with the blossom. Now I realise it's not.  I would appreciate a positive identification before I throw it away. It smells quite good.

    Could be pyracantha if there are thorns on the branches, but would need a pic from further away.
    It's difficult to get a sense of scale.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    It looks like my pyracantha, same flowers.

    Must stop buying more plants, repeat, must stop buying....

    Eeeck!     Not Elderberry.
    Throw it away...might be poisonous.


    Would like pic to show whole plant please.

    Absolutely definitely not elderflower!

    Never a good idea to eat or drink something if you don't know what it is!

    Also, elderflowers ,while not unpleasant, don't smell particularly good.

    Pyracantha is edible. Just need to make sure it's not cotoneaster.
