An ID please

This growing at the top of a ruined farmhouse wall and there appear to be more like it growing on the terracotta roof tiles further along.   They cling on all by themselves.
Any ideas please?

    Thank you all.   I really like it but this is the best specimen yet.   Most are up on the terracotta roof tiles so I all I can see is some flower spikes sticking up.
