Plant id please

Spotted this driving the bees mad on a walk yesterday- can you tell me what it is, please?

    Sorbus (AKA Rowan, Mountain Ash - although it's not related to Ash as far as I know - it's in the same plant family as roses). With all that flower it should have loads of berries later, if the birds leave any.

    So it’s going to grow into a tree, then? Shame, as it’s a 2m bush at the moment, and I’m looking for something about that size to attract bees for a spot in my garden.

    It might have had the main stem pruned (or eaten if it's growing wild somewhere) making it grow multi-stemmed.
    In my garden, Deutzia "Mont Rose" is a bee magnet when it's in flower, or you could look at the shrubby elders.
