Is this the first year since buying it, or is it new to you? If its in its second year, did you prune it this spring? If not it puts growth out at the ends, so you haven't forced it to put growth on lower down. Either in September or next spring cut it back by half on all the canes, that will bring it back into shape and make it grow lower down. Hope this helps.😁
all the bottom half is completely bare, does anybody have any ideas why this is?
