I have bought too much wool compost for tomatoes ....can I use my spare bag on other plants? Or will the extra nutrients cause problems?

I think you should be okay using it in other ways. I don't use it myself but l know someone who is using it in pots for the first time and it all seems fine so far. It's this make.
