My husband found these bits and stuck them in the ground when we had landscaping work done. We have no idea what they are but they seem quite happy!? Can anybody please help? (All about 1m high)
2. One of the narrow leaved salix ... willow ... possibly a White willow / Salix alba. Another large tree. Needs constantly moist soil or a lot of watering.

3. Hazel ... Corylus avellana ... can be left to grow into a medium sized tree, but traditionally coppiced to provide beanpoles or lathes for fencing.
